IRONFIX

A BETTER APPROACH TO IDC IN SOYBEANS
IronFix™ delivers a highly soluble iron source while stimulating microbial activity to keep iron available and enhance nutrient uptake. Unlike chelated iron, it provides a more efficient, long-lasting solution for managing IDC across the entire field.
Highly Soluble Iron Source
IronFix provides an industry-leading soluble iron source for immediate plant uptake.
Stimulate Microbes
Supercharges microbes in the soil to unlock iron and other tied-up nutrients.
Improve Nodulation
Improves nodulation and nitrogen fixation to support root development and overallplant health.
Increase Yield
IronFix ensures iron and other critical nutrients are available when and where soybeans need it, helping maximize yield potential across the field. Not just IDC-affected areas.

HOW IT WORKS
IronFix uses a dual approach to address iron deficiency in high-pH soils. First, it delivers a highly soluble form of iron that plants can absorb right away. Second, it uses patented Microbial Catalyst® technology to stimulate soil microbes and unlock tied-up iron and other essential nutrients. This powerful combination supports better nutrient uptake, stronger root development, improved nodulation and nitrogen fixation and increased chlorophyll production so plants stay healthy and productive all season long.
SUCCESS FROM THE FIELD
IronFix has been tested across multiple IDC-affected regions, demonstrating its ability to improve emergence, root development and nodulation and reduce visible IDC symptoms throughout the field.

RESEARCH PROVEN
A greenhouse study on IDC-prone soils from the Red River Valley, led by Dr. Lee Opdahl, Agnition’s Research Manager, tested IronFix under various conditions. The results showed:
-
Increased chlorophyll content in IDC-stressed soybeans, equaling or exceeding levels in non-IDC soils.
-
Improved iron retention, ensuring plants had access to iron longer than with standard chelates.
-
Better stress tolerance across high-pH, high-salt and moisture-variable soils.
